PVEDI provided Structural Engineering services for this adaptive reuse project involving the conversion of a former mill into a mixed-use community that includes 141 multi-family apartment units and commercial rental space. Services included a structural assessment, the modification of an existing 2-story covered walkway, replacement of a single-story covered walkway, pedestrian bridges, and special inspection services to ensure that the construction meets the requirements of contract documents.
