Constructed of 8-story Type 1A light gauge steel with a 7-story Type 1A, 472 space parking garage, this project includes 337 multi-family apartment units ranging in size from 716 to 1,310 SF. Sited on 2.35 acres at 143 DU/AC, the project was completed in the Winter 2020.
