PVEDI visited this property to inspect repairs made at the 14th Street Elevation via the fire escape of this structure. The list included tile cladding installation, retrofitting, and fire escape component restoration. When our engineers discovered that the contractor was not completing the cladding system according to approved specifications, PVEDI prepared a detailed report with photos and diagrams. We instructed the contractor to call for re-inspection once they had the shop drawings for a proposed solution ready for review.
