PVEDI served as the Engineer of Record for the renovation of approximately 2,000 square feet of commercial office space within a single-story building. The project, approved by the New York City Department of Buildings in April 2026, encompassed high-end interior upgrades to key areas including lobbies, conference rooms, reception spaces, and staff offices. The scope also included the reconfiguration and redistribution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to align with the revised layout and support the upgraded workspace design.
