Constructed of tunnel form cast-in-place concrete, these two 18-story towers consist of 556 multi-family apartment units ranging from 646 to 2,504 SF. The project also includes a 3-story parking podium with 1,008 parking spaces. At 275 DU/AC, the project totals 1,269,246 SF.
