PVEDI provided civil engineering, survey, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, landscape architecture, and architectural services for this 15-acre mixed-use residential community in Pittsburgh’s Strip District. The completed development features 400 apartment units, two landscaped courtyards, a variety of outdoor amenities, and a planned public plaza connecting the community to the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, helping strengthen the neighborhood’s urban fabric and ongoing revitalization.
