PVEDI is responsible for the expansion and design of an existing parking lot and stormwater management facilities at Pitt Ohio’s Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County location. The stormwater management facilities have post-development peak release rates that meet the requirements of the Upper Providence Township Zoning Ordinance and the NPDES permitting of the PaDEP. The project preserved the integrity of stream channels and maintained and protected the physical, biological and chemical qualities of the receiving stream. The site was designed and constructed to meet LEED Certification standards.
