Constructed of tunnel form cast-in-place concrete, this 30-story tower consists of 461 multi-family apartment units ranging from 495 to 2,245 SF. Completed in November 2018, it also includes a 625 space parking garage. The project totals 454,065 SF and is 178 DU/AC.
