Brian is the Construction Services Studio Leader and oversees all of the Architecture Construction Services throughout the firm. He manages the Construction Administrative teams, ensuring projects are on schedule.
Brian’s responsibilities also include managing on site architecture, as well as Construction Contract Administrative services, including billing, invoicing, and contract management. His overall responsibilities include managing ASIs, RFIs, Submittals, Project Reports, the construction site, job site budget and construction value, value engineering, ensuring constructibility, payment applications, coordination of consultants, client relationship management, assisting clients to deliver projects on time and within budget, and monthly site inspections.
