PVEDI provided Civil Engineering and Survey services for this project. The project is a consolidation of multiple abutting vacant parcels. New product includes the development of 26 Luxury Townhome units (approx. 2700-3200 SF each) along the western Grandview Ave. corridor in the Duquesne Heights neighborhood (Mt. Washington). Additionally the scope of work included design and coordination with utility authorities and DOMI for streetscape improvements, including removal of existing overhead utilities and polls, replacement/improvement of street lighting with ornamental fixtures, new sidewalks with ADA accessible curb ramps, and the incorporation of street treeplanters.
