Following PVEDI’s completion of investigations and remedial actions approved by the NYC Office of Environmental Remediation (OER), PVEDI was retained to implement and manage the Site Management Plan (SMP) for the mixed‐use buildings at 119–127 Livingston Street. Since that time, PVEDI has provided uninterrupted long‐term site management services, including annual inspections, system monitoring, and regulatory reporting, ensuring ongoing protection of human health and full compliance with NYC OER requirements.
