The total project area is 9.35 acres with an expected 7.48 acres of disturbance.The erosion and sedimentation control measures will include the installation of a sediment basin, two interceptor channels, one top of slope berm, bypass pipe, rock construction entrance, concrete washout, compost filter socks, and inlet protection. A prompt and effective seeding program will be established to aid in erosion and sediment control and site stabilization. Stabilization of the site will consist of either grass or landscaping for the lawn areas and impervious surfacing from paved and gravel areas. Runoff from the site will flow through BMP’s prior to exiting the construction area, resulting in no impact to the downstream water courses resistance to erosion.
