PVEDI led the structural renovation and adaptive reuse of the historic former Spaghetti Warehouse building, transforming it into Cinderlands Warehouse, a two‐story craft brewery and restaurant located in Pittsburgh’s historic Strip District. The redeveloped facility serves as the flagship production hub for Cinderlands Beer Company and includes a 15‐barrel brewing system, expansive indoor dining areas, and a large second‐floor rooftop terrace. The design balances the structure’s historic preservation with modern industrial functionality, supporting a menu and atmosphere rooted in local, seasonal craft culture.
