Environmental coordination and oversight were provided for RUPCO’s Phase II redevelopment program, encompassing 23 scattered residential properties and approximately 64 housing units acquired through the City of Newburgh Landbank. Services included environmental review, property inspections, hazardous materials evaluation, remediation coordination, and site preparation for rehabilitation, demolition, and new residential construction, as well as environmental review of the former First United Methodist Church property on Liberty Street.
